The sheer beauty of the Paris Dam in Ontario, Canada, at sunrise during the autumn, is all the payment I need to get out of bed at what I call stupid oclock. As the sun begins to peek over the horizon, its gentle rays cast a warm golden glow on the tranquil waters above the dam. The surrounding trees, adorned in their vibrant autumn foliage, create a stunning display of colors, ranging from fiery reds and oranges to rich yellows. On this day I was lucky enough to have both the trees as well as the clouds reflecting in the water above the falls. Hopefully this photograph transports you to a serene autumn morning in Paris, Ontario, where nature's splendor takes center stage.
